CELPIP Reading Course
Master skimming, scanning, and inference techniques across all four CELPIP reading passages under real time pressure.

About this course
CELPIP Reading gives you four passage types and a hard 55-minute ceiling to read, think, and answer — which means raw comprehension isn't the bottleneck for most test-takers; pacing and question-reading strategy are. This course treats reading speed and question technique as trainable skills, not fixed traits.
Each of the four passage types (correspondence, diagram-based reading, information reading, and viewpoints) gets a dedicated lesson covering how to skim for structure before reading in detail, how to scan back efficiently once you know what a question is asking, and how CELPIP's fill-in-the-blank and multiple-choice formats differ in what they reward. A recurring theme across the course is separating what the passage actually says from what a plausible-sounding wrong answer implies.
The later lessons stitch these part-specific techniques into a single 55-minute pacing plan, cover common inference traps, and give you a proofing routine for the fill-in-the-blank questions where a single word choice can cost the point. By the end, you'll read with a plan instead of reading start-to-finish and hoping the questions make sense afterward.
